Our third development evening of the season.

Interesting debate around our popular laws of the game quiz.  

Then straight in to an engaging content and style from our speaker Harry, presenting

‘The Circle of Control’

1.  Circle of Control – things we as referees can control, preparation, fitness etc.

2.  Circle of Influence – can we use body language, leadership etc.

3.  Circle of Concern – not under our direct control, pressure, stress during a match.

The better we are at 1 & 2 the more comfortable we will be with 3.
